Randall Gillion - CEO, Writer/Director/Editor
Having entered and won his first short film competition at the age of 13 (on Super 8mm) Randall merely tinkered with it as a hobby while he finished school and then spent 10 years teaching PR, Marketing and Sales. Returning to his first love in 1990, he spent 14 years as a professional in the Film Industry (wearing many hats in all departments) before moving to Clearwater and starting RGPmedia in the spare bedroom at home in 2005. Six years and hundreds of satisfied clients later, RGPmedia now has it's own studio facility and three staff, as well as employing additional crew as larger projects warrant.
Fabian Argueta - Assistant Director/Cameraman
Growing up, Fabian's parents owned and operated a highly successful Video Production Company in Argentina, so don't let his youthful appearence fool you - he's been in "the business" over 10 years already. Fabian's keen eye, youthful exuberence and willingness to to 'get it right the first time" makes him an invaluable part of the RGPmedia team.
